How long does it take to process my order?

We strive to process all orders within 2-3 business days after order placement. Please be mindful that during peak times, however, this may increase to 5-10 business days.

I forgot to enter a coupon code. How do I apply it after I placed my order?

You can reach out to us here and include the coupon code you wish to apply to your order.    We will retroactively apply it to your order and you will receive an email confirmation with the refund notification.

Why do I not qualify for free shipping?

Free shipping only applies to order over $99 before taxes, after discount code and rewards points.

How do I edit or change an order I just made?
