There is stock on the website but not when I try place an exchange. Why?Updated 9 months ago

We unfortunately reserve 1 item on our website to be excluded from the exchange portal as by the time you drop your item off at the carrier we may have sold that item. 

Your exchange on your new order is only processed when the item is back in transit to our distribution center. 

If this is the case, return the item you currently have for a refund and place a new order for the desired exchange item.
