Canadian customers can visit duer.ca/exchanges and enter your Order ID (found on your confirmation email and looks like CA12345) & Postal code.
US customers can visit shopduer.com/exchanges and enter your Order ID (found on your confirmation email and looks like CA12345) & zip code.
All orders to countries outside of the US or Canada are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
Regular-priced items can be returned or exchanged within 30 from the date of purchase, provided the item is unworn with tags attached and accompanied by an invoice.
Last Chance items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
