Yes, you can provided that the item is unworn with tags attached and within the 30 days exchange window. Please note that we cannot process refunds online for items purchased in-store using cash or debit cards.
For online exchange of instore purchase login to the correct return portal for your region
Canadian customers can visit duer.ca/exchanges and enter your Order ID (found on your confirmation email and looks like CA12345) & Postal code.
US customers can visit shopduer.com/exchanges and enter your Order ID (found on your confirmation email and looks like CA12345) & zip code.
Once you log in you will be asked to fill in your shipping information so we can provide a shipping return label to send us back the item as well as deliver the replacement item should you choose and exchange.
